We are excited to announce that our bacteriophage-based technology has been granted patent protection by the Polish Patent Office.
The invention, “Bacteriophage strains and their applications”, published in February 2025 (patent no. 246657), is a significant step in advancing sustainable solutions for aquaculture. The objective of the invention are bacteriophages stimulating the fish immunity to prevent or combat infections caused by pathogenic strains of Aeromonas sp. and Pseudomonas sp. — two of the most common threats in industrial fish production.
