Proteon Pharmaceuticals S.A. is delighted to announce the appointment of Márcio Caparroz as our new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), starting 1st March 2024. Márcio brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from various commercial leadership roles within the animal health and nutrition industry.
Before joining our team, Márcio held the position of Commercial & Marketing Director for Latin America at Cargill Animal Nutrition Additives. Throughout his career, Márcio has achieved significant success, including strategic management of global accounts, enhancing engagement, and improving service delivery for key clients worldwide. He has transformed go-to-market strategies across various animal species (Poultry, Swine, Beef, Dairy, Aqua, and Pets), leading to substantial sales and revenue growth.
