Terms and Conditions
You should read these terms of use before you use our website. By using the site, you agree that this is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with what is written, then don’t use our website.
We collect information about our users. We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it. Our privacy statement discloses this information.
1.1
The information on the Proteon Pharmaceuticals website is owned by Proteon Pharmaceuticals. That means that it can’t be shared with anyone else. It is also protected by law, like copyright laws or trade secrets.
1.2
We will not agree to any other conditions about the order unless we have written down our agreement. This would be applicable for all orders, past and future.
1.3
Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. All contracts are realised upon receipt of our written order confirmation or with the performance of delivery at the latest. The written order confirmation is decisive for the scope of delivery.
1.4
The term of delivery does not start before the person ordering the product gets their documents, permits, and approvals. If you order an item on demand, you have to tell us at least 7 days in advance.
1.5
We will not assume the warranty for damage caused by not using the product correctly. This includes not handling it with care or if your product is exposed to chemicals, electrical or other influences that are outside of our control.
1.6
Any returnable containers that we give you to use still belong to us after you’re done using them. You need to return them as soon as possible and in a clean and undamaged condition. If not, we’ll have to charge you money for any cleaning or replacement costs.
1.7
Proteon Pharmaceuticals does not endorse any products or services of other parties that are on this website. Links to third-party websites are also included in this site, which does not mean that Proteon Pharmaceuticals endorses them.
1.8
A waiver of any rights or remedies under this contract is only effective if it is in writing. It does not mean that you are giving up your right to break the contract, but it does mean that you cannot sue for any other reasons. It also means that if something happens in the future, you can’t sue for this reason either.
